They are Bite-sized, and they are much more elegant for a party or restaurant service, and they are just as tasty as our larger Boudin Balls! They fry very quickly (@ 350°for about 4 minutes) … a plus for cooks under time pressure! Our Bites are perfect on an appetizer tray with a dipping sauce of your choice!
